Facetime on Umobile on Celcom Set

Hi guys/gals,

I searched the topics and seems there's no discussion/solution to this problem here.

Internet/Online source : Using Umobile prepaid (unlimited internet) + wifi
Phone :Celcom set Iphone 4 (FW 4.3.3) with Facetime button
Problem : Sliding the facetime button, forever "waiting for activation"

Tried :
-Check if can send international sms - OK
-Phone number in Phone Settings - Added "+" sign, reboot, removed "+" sign, reboot...still not working
-Registered phone with Apple, phone also activated, can call/sms/mms/wifi etc EXCEPT facetime
-Hard reboot
-Cleared network settings, rebooted
-Never installed 3G facetime

Left to wonder only...maybe it's the Carrier Settings for UMOBILE which is the problem, or any other suggestions?

I asked my friend, but if using Maxis line on Maxis phone, no problem he said. We r going to try Maxis phone using my Umobile line later...

Any suggestions/solutions will be appreciated, thks. Without facetime, it's like incomplete experience.
