Iphone Activated

I need all Sifu help...

"The iPhone is already activated. You may disconnect this iPhone now" Is the message I get when I plug in my restored iPhone into the computer that just did the restore. The phone is activated, I can make calls and texts etc. However when you plug it in, itunes pops up with this message, when you press okay the iphone gets taken off iTunes. (The phone is still charging.) I have reinstalled 8.1, anyone have any other suggestions?

I need your help, I already buy IPhone 3G from my friend in US.
So I need to unlock the phone so I can use our local teleco, so anyone can help me where to unlock my iphone and how much it cost?

1 more thing, if there any problem if im using iphone 3G US version here?

UBuntu Networking Problem

I have a problem on UBuntu, I'm using ubuntu to to connected to internet.
My problem is everytime i want to surf the internet the network become slow, and when i change the IP its back to normal..
How to solve this problem, is my pc infected with virus or else..

Hope anyone can help me, because this problem always occur.
Now i became IBUNTU not UBuntu
