Myvi 2018 gear up vs aftermarket

Anybody bought all new myvi gear up luggage tray, door visor and coil mat? Is it good? Or do u regret it? These gear up items are priced double even triple compared to aftermarket product. Problem is, i cannot find just how to compare the gear up vs aftermarket products in terms of material made, thickness, sizes, overall quality. Example the luggage tray of gear up, is it rubber, abs, pe? Just wish those selling the aftermarket products to compare with gear up side by side but none.

Terminate your TM Unifi free while in contract

Do you know that if you moved into a new area and that area doesn't have any TM unifi /streamyx coverage, you can terminate your unifi/streamyx for free while still in contract. I have recently moved into a new neighborhood. TM refuses to provide unifi services into our area because they said the demand is too low . All infrastructure for the fiber optic is readily provided by the developer. Even then Phase 1 only got their unifi after one year of VP. I'm in phase 2 and TM said must wait until demand increase then only they will install unifi in our area. If you want to try terminate your unifi for free while in contract by using my address as your new address and terminate TM unifi/streamyx, please PM me and ask for my address and help me increase unifi registration in our area with TM. I will lock this topic when my area address is no longer usable for free TM services termination.

the watermarks are initially covered with brown sand or maybe woodchips..i vacuum them because it is falling to the floor..then these creepy crawlies came out..

can i spray with ridsect or cockroach spray? i really hate the termite spray smell..it will linger for months

Donation for wrecked car?

Hi guys,
I know of people raising funds for disaster ie house burned down by fire and destroyed by flood, but raising fund for one's car damaged by falling tree branch..is it normal? The storm happened two days ago that even killed a sleeping woman in Kampung Baru. My colleague did this for my other colleague because she heard the workshop quoted him almost 20k for repair. The insurance did not cover this. The car still have 5 years loan from 9 years. It is a middle grade korean car.same class as preve. I do pity him and give some to the fund because he is one very good colleague but, this is my first time of doing so. After this lesson, i am sure to take the natural disaster, flood and wind screen insurance for my new car.

Major repair of rented house

Hi, i need some views about the house im currently renting. It has a leaking pipe in the bathroom wall, water is coming out of the wall. The landlord is planning to break the wall to fix the pipe. The work will take at least two weeks. It will surely cause the house to become unliveable esp for my baby. Dust and dirtied by contractor coming in and out. Is it ok/normal for me to ask the landlord to waive the rent for a month for him to complete the repair work? Im planning to stay at my parents house while they're doing the work. I dont want to move out simply because after the work is done, everything should be ok again. Not worth the troublesome searching,packing,moving,unpacking,new unfamiliar place, babysitter etc. Simply said, moving out will cause so much trouble.
