Used Honda Civiv 1.8 L 2012 selling price 88K, mileage around 40K and condition 80% like new car. Only the Silver color is like uncle drive car....

I'm dilemma choosing the new City or Used Civic 1.8... Any big bro willing to share your experience.

Nootebook's Fan problem

Hi guys!!
My M50 notebook fan got problem, it spin very loudly, izzit always fast forward movie will make the fan spoil???
Sometimes the fan spin very fast when i open many program and sometimes it stop when i hav no runnning program, can i still use my notebook???
I have try open the fan but im unable to open it coz i open alll the screws also can't open the bottom part of my laptop.
Any recomendation? add extra cooler? use less time?

I wan to buy shares via on9 so which bank would you guys recomend me?
If the shares prices for Maybank quote 8.90, so 1 lot is 100 unit right? 8.90x100 unit = RM890 izzit correct?
How much is the comission or fees to buy or sell shares? how to calculate?

If i have 10k, i wan invest in shorterm ( 3 or 6 month) which investment do u recomend me except FD.
Do u guys know the CIMB Foreign FD, how much is the minimun requirements for ForexFD, which country do u recomend me to place it. Can u guys explain me wat is the fees and how to calculate.
