Hai all...

Wanna ask, why my debit card has been double charged by apple. It deducted 1 dolar for first time i registered, n after i buy apps, it deduct other 1 dolar together with the app fee. Is it i will get back my 2 dolar? Since the thing i aware is apple will refund bank the authoriZation fee.. But mine was double charge.. Please if somebody can explain..
