Quick question. While watching YouTube with low quality like 240p or 230p, I notice the movement of the video when it change angle or moving from left to right, it's like tersangkut/sangkut or stuck. But when I try the video that can change to high quality like 1080p , no problem at all. Anyone can explain this ?

Is my IDLE temp is Ideal ?

While doing my rig yesterday, after finish it all. I'm doing POST before install it to my case . During UEFI bios , I'm checking my CPU temperature is 47.5 / 48 . Is it ok ? Or should reseat back my CPU Cooler.
