HDTV screen flickers when connected to laptop

When i connect my laptop to my 32" HDTV via HDMI cable, the Tv screen keeps flickering. After I tried changing the refresh rate, adjusting screen resolution, changing to different hdmi port, the flickering problem seems to be lessen. However, the problem does not solve completely. While i was watching movie, the tv screen will flicker once in a while (screen turn black for few seconds then back to normal). This is really annoying.
Anyone facing the same problem? What is your resolution? Please help!

When i google this issue, it seems that some of the Xbox users and other gaming console have this problem as well.

Cameras along NPE highway

Guys,

i realized there are a number of road cameras along NPE, especially between Old Klang Road exit to Sunway. Those cameras are pointing towards both directions. Are those speed traps?
Has anyone got summons for speeding in NPE?
