Wish to update info for BR1M

Hi Guys

My grandma has applied for BR1M with her old IC, so last year all letters send to old address. Recently she changed the address with her new IC, so I need help her update the address. But I am not sure which site should I go update which they can actually edit from their real system.

Anyone know how to update?

Volumetric Weight
Example 1:
The actual weight of items: 1 KG
Actual volume of goods: 25cm * 20cm * 30cm
Volumetric weight = (25 * 20 * 30) / 6000
= 2.5 KG

Example 2:
Actual item weight: 5 KG
Actual volume of goods: 25cm * 20cm * 30cm
Throw heavy weight = (25 * 20 * 30) / 6000
= 2.5 KG

Actual weight and Volumetric weight, Agent will choose the heaviest weight.
So, for example 1, air freight charges are 3 KG. (2.001 KG to 2.999 KG will consider to 3 KG)
For example 2, air freight charges are 5 KG.
