After barely 2 days, the phone crashes (Hang,frozen and reboot by itself). In this 2 days, I have not installed anything or drop it before. I have tried factory reset and the problem still the same. So I went to Maxis Center KLCC on 5th August . To my dismay, they won&#39;t give me a replacement. They inform me that after 24 hours, I should go to the Samsung Center to get a repair. I really can&#39;t believe it. Even the smaller shops have 7 days return policy and Maxis being the leading mobile service provider only 24hours ? WTF&#33;<br /><br />In the end, I have to go to Samsung Service Center, and they checked it is motherboard (hardware) problem. They will fix by replacing the motherboard. I really can&#39;t believe it. <br /><br />Maybe I am the unlucky one but I still want to say &quot;MAXIS SUCK&#33;&#33;&quot;.
