Which rim size suitable for myvi?

Planne to change my myvi rim, from ori 14"inch to more bigger. Example like 15,16"inch is possible?
What the effective after changing those bigger size rim, will that cause balacing nightmare or high fuel consumption or even more hidden problem?

Anyone got this kind of experience?pls share or guide me how to choose the right rim.

I'm Facing inguinal hernia issue, Doc't said need do surgery as soon as possible.

Any person facing this kind of issue/problem?
Without any insurance healthy care card, do a surgery at Pantai/Sri kota hospital how much will there charge?
Deal to government medical system much improve, should i go government hospital to do it?
If surgery at government hospital how long will take to recovery back?

my 1 is myvi metalic colour, when i send my car to the garage the guy told me must repaint the door at RM180. he said if scratching is 1 line or 2 line also need to paint the whole thing.....

RM180. Is't worth it or not????????????
