Found Cat on LDP highway

I found a 5 month old cat on my way back at the side of the highway. I would like to know if anyone around Kelana Jaya area might have lost him or would it be possible if someone can help me post at https://www.facebook.com/lostfoundanimals/ or other pages that might be able to help find the owner.

Took the cat to the vet to check if its injured if it fell from a car on the highway as it seem a bit distress but doesn't seem to have any injuries. cat has a fluffy tail and seems tame. Pictures as below if anyone recognize or lost him

Good morning fellow lowyat users. I would like some input on my current rig and what should I do.

Current age 2 years old

Processor : Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz 800MHz 2mb
Motherboard : ASUSTeK P5QPL-AM (network LAN port blewup, using a network card)
Memory : kingston KVR800D2N6/2G (2gb) 800MHz DDR2
Graphics : ATI Radeon HD5670 (faulty)
Power Supply : Coolmaster RS-380-PCAR 350w (underpower for the current graphic card)
Monitor : CRT monitor (not gonna replace)

Should I upgrade some parts or get a new one and pass current one to my brother ?

I'm looking for a setup that would allow me to run any of the current / 2012 games (bf3 etc) that would run on high/ultra setting without any issues but not overkill. for work / other stuff the current one is good enough.

New Rig rough idea I was thinking something like -

Processor : i5 / i7 ?
Motherboard : Asus rampage ? / gigabyte ?
Memory : 4gb max (either ninja from current rig and add another 2 if a motherboard can support ddr2)
Graphics : Radeon HD7xxx 2GB ?
Power Supply : 600W power supply ?

I've been cracking my brain at reviews and there are too many choices so I hope you guys can shed some light and provide me your inputs so I understand better.

Budget around 2.5-3k etc

also if I forgot to mention anything do point it out and i'll update asap.
