MS Excel Date Calculation

I got confused between the maths and logic using an Excel.

Normally when I want to check the difference between two dates, I just simply deduct the recent date to the earlier one like figure below.

[attachmentid=5013570]

So the duration is 10 days. No issue.

After a while I realize that it is logically not correct when I did manual calculation. The difference is 11 and not 10.

[attachmentid=5013571]

Since the Excel file that I deal with involved a lot with money, I'm not sure shall I use manual of keep on using Excel?

LCD screen overheated

I've purchased Dell WFP248 24" LCD monitor somewhere around last year. After been using it for quite some time, I noticed that the screen seems to be hotter as compared from other LCD with the same size. When I said hot, it means every area on the screen is hot not like at certain area only. I just check with a temperature gun and it shows about 34 degC. Pheww...!!! Due to that heat, it makes me sweating as well everytime I'm using the computer. The rest are OK except for the heat only. Does anybody face such problem like me?

Lastly, I tried to email to Dell about this but it keeps asking about service tag. The problem is, the monitor has serial number only. So how to get some support?

Not enough power?

I've purchased 250GB WD 2.5" hard disk together with Zynet 2.5" casing for external USB drive. For the first 5 minutes seems to be OK. After that the drive seems responding very slow and suddenly lost the connection. I'm sure the drive still spinning but nothing can be seen when I search for it from My Computer. My friend advised me to buy the new cable that has 2 USB cable instead of one only. He said not enough power for the drive. Again, I tried with two USB plugged together on my laptop. HHmmm....no more issue. My ext drive works perfectly.

My questions:

1. Bigger capacity hard drive (>120GB) requires more power hence external power is required. Is that true?
2. Is the Zynet casing is lauya? I saw my friends used the cap ayam casing with 120GB drive seems to be OK without additional power

My friend asked me to install a stabilizer bar for better handling and stability during cornering and driving on normal road. I've seen a lot of people installed the so-called stabilizer bar at the engine compartment and also at the bottom of the car. Sorry lah..don't know what to call that part. My question is, does it really necessary to install one..?? If yes..how much arr..??

BTW, I'm driving MyVI and when at taking a corner at the roundabout, I feel like the car is going to terbalik.
nForce 570 Ultra chipset

1. I upgraded my PC recently from aging Pentium II 266MHz to Athlon64 X2 4200+. MSI K9N Ultra was my choice and the installation gone smoothly. Once I installed nVidia monitoring tools found from the CD, the software reported that the chipset temp is 162C..!!!

I thought it might be software error so I just touch the heatsink and DAMN..IT'S SO HOT..!!Once I installed a small fan on it, the temp drops to 80C but it's still hot..I checked with my friend using the same chipset from Asus and Gigabyte. They also faced the same problem that I have.

Is this normal..??Any effect on the mobo..??

2. After using the X2, some of my program won't run correctly and sometimes not responsive once I clicked e.g Regcleaner,TweakXP,StyleXP etc. What did I do wrong..?? Did I installed WinXP wrongly..??

My rig:

A64 X2 4200+
2x1GB Corsair 800MHz DDR2
320WD SATA
MSI K9N Ultra
HIS Ati Radeon 1650 Pro
