I just got the job in QA dept as the customer service engineer. Before this, I dont ever think that i will jump to this kind of job area because I prefer to the technical engineer.Now, I started to like this job and try to improve my career but i dont ever know anything about "quality". I see my boss take master in Quality and Productivity at UKM, while the training engineer took degree in Quality Engineering. The all have the "quality knowledge" background.
