Help: iPhone 4s can't restore. Error 14.

Can someone help with me the issue?
I had previously try to update my iPhone 4s to 5.1 but failed thru wifi and even iTunes. So I tried manually update but still fail and now error and my iphone can't be on. It is now in restore mode.
iPhone 4s
CElcom carrier, unlocked set by CElcom telco.
Previously under ios 5.0.1
Non-jb.

i had accidentally delete my bluetooth device that i had paired with my aino which is bluetooth mh100..
i cannot connect to the bluetooth anymore..can someone help me on this??
how to reset the headset or ...??
