Intervention in the forex market

Hello people..

im having problem on the title above which is sterilized and unsterilized intervention in the forex market..

i just cant understand the concept of it why when BP > 0 it will create excess demand for the domectic currency and why this will put pressure for the domestic currency to appreciate..

what are the effect to the international reserve, money supply and exchange rate?

Seriously NEED HELP on Firewall and IT policy

Guys.. Seriously I need help on these problem.. The problem is I can't disable my firewall setting.. This firewall give me a lot of trouble which is I can't install some apps.. This window appear on some apps like this, "you cannot install Blackberry Protect on your device. Blackberry Protect is not compatible with devices that use a Blackberry Enterprise Server" this appear for blackberry protect.. For whatsapp this appeared, "the application whatsapp has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy".. For ur information I'm using BIS, not BES! Then the whatsapp problem occur after I update to OS6.. On OS5 I still can use the whatsapp.. All these problem occur to foursquare too but I don't really mind about foursquare.. I just need to off the firewall because I need whatsapp and blackberry protect!! Help me guys..

hello...

the story begin with i've known this gurl since few years ago.. after that we just became a normal friend.. but just recently she came into my life.. we been smsing till late nite everyday.. we out for a movie and dinner quite few times.. just one of our conversation in sms she asked me that do i have a feelings toward her few years back?? i feel a lil bit awkward.. but i said yes.. then she said owh ok.. after that we just be smsing each other everyday.. when we out for a date (maybe) she always telling me her story, who she likes and all that.. actually she just broke up with someone few months ago.. the thing is now suddenly she just be so quite.. not replying my sms, not even call me back when i cant reach her.. her situation is now having an exam week.. is that a reason why she became totally changed?? FYI i didnt confess anything to her now.. i dont know how to.. its been a while i didnt flirting with gurls.. help me guyss..
