Dual Rank DDR4 SODIMM (2Rx8)

I dig around shopee for 8GB 2Rx8 DDR4 laptop RAM, can't seem to find one. A lot of them doesn't indicate type of Rank in product description. Google the part number found the official manufacturer pdf manual also didn't specify the rank type of their product.
So far i only found 16GB ones but it's kinda expensive and i don't really need a 32GB kits for dual channel setup.

So, are there any 8GB 2Rx8 DDR4 SODIMM RAM in Malaysia market?

New laptop online warranty registration

Bought a Lenovo ideapad laptop few days back from shopee "authorised" dealer, do i need to register my laptop for warranty coverage through Lenovo online site? The receipt provided from shopee is so generic like any other purchase.
Anyone experience with Lenovo Malaysia online registration please share your thoughts.

PS4 slim randomly turn off by itself

Yesterday I was playing FFXV, in a sudden my PS4 turn off by itself for the first time in 4 years. I check the power button, there're no light on. I try to power up by pressing the controller PS button but it just beep once and nothing. Try press the console power button, same thing just beep. The power button light up when beep but just for few seconds.

I've open up the case to inspect the fan condition, it's running smoothly without any weird noise but the heatsink area is very hot. I'm not sure how hot it can handle, i never open up my PS4 before. I clean and vacuum the dust around the fan, plug back and turn on. It run fine for around 10 minutes, off again...

Recently there's also an update 9.60 i think, could it be the firmware issue? or Hard disk drive issue?

I've replace the power cable but still happen.

Anyone face this problem before? Please share the solution. Thanks.

Umobile Port in to Hotlink

Hi, I would like to port my number but the MNP page on Hotlink website shows "service unavailable". I did tweet @HotlinkLisens this morning but no reply, are there any other way to submit the registration or do need to wait until the MNP page is working?
Fyi, Umobile prepaid to Hotlink prepaid and i already bought and register my Hotlink prepaid pack at dealer's shop.

as topic, does this setup works? I willing to take the risk by unlocking the X2 but im afraid if the batch i get couldnt unloack it then will the PhenomX2 or mayb X3 bottleneck the HD6870?

My last rig is about 8 years old now and its dying so...
Due to tight budget, im going for AMD build but i want physX capability.
This setup will be fine on gaming? troublesome on driver/OC?
wound like to hear some opinion from all sifus here regarding this system.

Mobo: ASUS M4N75TD (PCIe single@8x, does it really affect the gameplay graphic? i mean it suppose to run 16x rite?)
CPU: AMD PHENOM-2 X4 955-BE
GPU: MSI GTX 460 Cyclone 1GB (what is the save Mhz to OC without damaging the card in a long run? also dilemma with ASUS TOP)
PSU: SeaSonic X650 (going to SLI+OC in future and wandering would the X650 hav enough juice to feed it?)
RAM: KINGSTON 2x2GB KVR1333 DDR3
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
ODD: LITEON 24X DVD WRITER SATA

e-IPS with CCFL or TN with WLED?

I did some research online with this different LCD panel and backlight technology that monitor been using nowadays and come up with this 2 model which im interested. Both have different penal and backlighting and both in the same price range.

Dell U2311H and Dell ST2420L

The thing im worry about CCFL backlight is the yellow/orange tint on the white page, it happened on my 3 yrs old laptop im using rite now and its terrible perhaps WELD backlit LCD wont have this kinda problem? i dont know.
Another thing is about Contrast Ratio, WLED is much higher then CCFL which will improve color reproduction on TN panel but if comparing with e-IPS panel(CCFL) that claim to be much better color then TN panel, which will produce the best color?

actually im quite confuse, a brighter TN panel or a dimmer e-IPS panel? which have the best color? can't decide which one to get
btw im using it for movies and mid-range gaming.
