Doing some similar "Rush Hour" edition...
I couldn't laugh at most of their "jokes", as they kept on beating each other up with some street slang....

And if you are in to waste 1h 45m watching a pair of gunslingers whooping and killing baddies from CIA, drug kingpin and military ( All In One), this is the show to kill some of your time.

Sounds like they might try to do another sequel, but I doubt anything I can applaud for this show...

I was also diagnosed of H.pylori early this year, completed a second treatment due to failure in the first. I have yet received a negative in my breathe test.

I recently done a colonoscopy due to the symptom of constipation and sudden BM changes.

I was not taken aback that there was something "blocking" my bowel movement, since I was having on/off abdominal bloating, but could not determine if it was a indigestion due to H.pylori.

So, the day I received the colonoscopy result, I was presented with twisted bowel (Volvulus).
I did not manage to get more details from my specialist, because I was stubbed by what it was, what was the danger and what was I going to embrace.

After being discharged a few days, I started looking up the internet and started getting worried with all the information.

MALACCA: The people will continue to benefit from the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) programme if they give their support to the Barisan Nasional government in the 13th general election.

Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said the aid, introduced last year, had given a huge impact in helping to ease the burden of more than four million households nationwide.

“I believe Prime Minister [Datuk Seri] Najib Tun Razak sees this [BR1M] as something which has to be continued, and I believe when the people see it as something good, their hope would to have it implemented for a long period of time.

“I do not expect it to be a one off or two off. I expect it to be implemented for as long as BN is given the trust to be the government after the general election,” he told reporters after a 1Malaysia people’s feast which was attended by about 10,000 people at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Tun Haji Abdul Malik here today.

Also present were Muhyiddin’s wife, Noorainee Abdul Rahman, and Malacca Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam.

Muhyiddin said the RM500 aid given to the BR1M recipients would possibly be increased if the country’s revenue increased in future.

Besides BR1M, he said, other forms of aid, like the early schooling aid, would also be continued because of the huge impact it had given in reducing the people’s burden.

“What we are hoping is for the people to evaluate this contribution [by the government] and if they think it is good, we hope they will continue to give their support to the BN government,” he added.

Earlier in his speech, Muhyiddin said the opposition pact was not capable of continuing with efforts to develop the country as had been done by BN since 55 years ago because there was no consensus among them.

“Until today PAS and DAP are still at loggerheads, while PKR failed to bring them together at one table to discuss their problems. When there is no consensus, it can weaken the government,” he added.

He said BN’s success in preserving the country’s harmony and peace, developing its economy and providing comfort for the people should be maintained in an effort to make Malaysia a developed nation.

“A strong government, like the BN government, is capable of fulfilling its promises,” he added.

At the function, Muhyiddin announced an allocation of RM250,000 for upgrading of a surau at SMK Tun Haji Abdul Malik and RM4.5 million to build a hall for the school.

The controversial 1Care healthcare system is already being implemented – albeit without the heavy cost chargeable directly to the people, as originally feared.

Health Ministry deputy director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah told theSun that three elements of 1Care have been implemented since 2008:
 decongestion of public hospitals;
 performance-based service; and,
 strengthening primary healthcare.

“When people talked about 1Care, all they talked about was national healthcare financing, but 1Care is really about improving public healthcare delivery and transforming the current healthcare system.

“We want to decongest the public hospitals and raise the quality of service so that rich or poor, people would have access to quality healthcare. What’s so wrong about that?” he asked.

Noor Hisham was responding to a query from theSun regarding a recent TalentCorp outreach programme in Melbourne, where he was reported to have referred to the 1Care system, as an example of Malaysian healthcare moving forward.

The 1Care system was mooted to integrate public and private healthcare services and narrow the disparity between the rich and the poor in terms of access to medical treatment.

One particular element proposed, which had drawn much criticism, was the idea of a “social insurance pool” to finance healthcare for everyone.

Some quarters had claimed deductions of up to 10% of one’s salary would have to be made to the pool, while visits to the doctor would be limited to six times a year.

Critics had also claimed earlier this year that the social insurance pool, which was ready to be implemented, would burden the people.

The ministry, however, had refuted such claims and repeatedly stressed that the financing aspect was still in the discussion stage.

Noor Hisham said the ministry has been looking at different models to find one which best suits the country.

“There are so many different healthcare models in the world, but there is no perfect system,” he said.

“The Singapore model is based on a taxation pool but in Malaysia there is only a little over a million taxpayers out of our 28 million population, so it is definitely not enough.”

Noor Hisham said the ministry has not made any concrete decisions on the mode of financing the system.

“We have only hired consultants to determine how much premium is to be paid, if at all, and what procedures and treatment it will cover,” he said.

However, he stressed that how the system is to be financed is not the main factor, as the priority is to transform public sector performance.

Noor Hisham said whether or not the system is called 1Care and even without employing the “controversial” scheme to finance it, the essence of the reforms will continue to be implemented.

“Let’s not even talk about 1Care, let’s talk about strengthening the healthcare system first,” he said, adding that the ministry’s efforts are merely aimed at transforming healthcare services in the country.

The ongoing reforms involve :
 moving congestion of medical treatment away from hospitals and into community based health services;
 introducing key performance indicators (KPIs) for medical staff; and
 integrating public and private healthcare sectors to become part of a holistic approach to healthcare.

“The problem is the fear that people have as to the implementation, but since it is still in the concept stage, why kill the concept?” he asked.

“The devil is in the details, but nobody has the details,” he added
