I dunno whether should I put this in /k/ or "Health & Fitness", cos this 1 sounds like a complaint than a health query.

Recently I wanted to have a health check so i signed up for a comprehensive medical test @ around RM900 near sunway in a relatively small "health center" called W*ll A***n.

It included blood test, urine test, acupuncture, ultrasound, ECG etc.

Everything goes well and when the result came out, I went to see the doctor. btw, previous visit was performed by the assistants there.

So I had a glance at the report, which is performed by the Gn*s*s lab, and there is low haemoglobin count commented on the report and the ultrasound scan says that the prostate is slightly enlarged. Oh well, that wasn't great.

Then I saw they start putting a new set "standard" by writing at the scale besides the Gn*s*s, saying that I do not meet their expected health guidelines. And then the doctor start telling me to detox and introduce a line of products distributed by the company (and yes! he is a doctor, not a nutritionist!!!). I asked on the low haemoglobin count thingy and the enlarged prostate portion and the doctor seemed not willing to provide me a solution and evaded my questions. He just told me to go vegetarian for a few weeks and eat more on grains, nuts, vege and avoid meat and then he start promoting his products like black sesame seed etc etc. I told him i take fruit juice 3 times a week, with beetroot ,apple and carrot and he says that is not efficient and must take his supplementary food. then I asked if fish is good as it is white meat, he says fish is not good and his product will help better. Before he finishes the session, he told me that I have high toxic in my body as scanned as adrenal is big and one of the kidneys has shrunk. So I check at the report and sees there is no problem on the 2 as they are still well maintained within the allowable measurement. btw, my urine ph level is 7 which is neutral, non toxic.

So my problem is low haemoglobin and enlarged prostate and not toxic. The doctor is not answering my question and instead direct selling his products.

He refer me to his real nutritionist after the session, and I gave a white lie and fled the scene.

Now i have to fork out some money to visit the real doctor and nutritionist to provide me the "real and rigid" advice.

I wonder if any of you experienced this b4. please do share if this happened to you guys b4....

Have you guys heard of this new project? it's a new concept condo with 1 isolated room in each unit which you may rent out separately. Dunno whether this is a good idea, any comment on it?

Btw, OCBC is the end financer for this project. Any loan matter can find me.

Anyone knows the price of a typical 22 x 75" double storey link house in taman desa?

it is a nice place to live in... but land is scarce and very very limited future developments.
