Got a new job offer

Hi sifus,
Currently i have been working in my company for nearly 2 years, and i got an attractive offer from other company. But i am in dilemma as there are pros and cons of each and i don't know what should i do. Im in IT field and this is my first job after i graduated.

Current Company
The good:
- Lots of learning opportunities (Technical and soft skill) for career advancement
- Managers that is very helpful to your skill development
- Reliable technical seniors that will help you grow
- Merit based increment

The not-so-good
- Sometimes chinaman style handling, roti canai on what they say at times
- Very stressful job, rush timeline
- Barely anytime for myself most of the time, work until night
Current Salary: ~4k

Offer Company
The Good:
- Inhouse infrastructure management, no need to deal with customer
- Chance to work with development team to expand infrastructure
- Have chance to expand to overseas
- Very interactive manager that have nice vision
- Can work from home

The not-so-good
- Besides salary and panel clinic medical benefit, no other benefits (AL is the bare minimum as per labour law 60E. (1))
- Learning opportunity might be limited as i deal with internal infrastructure only
- No fixed job scope, no clear path for career advancement
- I heard their Internal infrastructure seems to be very messy and need me to plan and fix them
- Unable to estimate future increment
Offer: 5k+ not more than 5.5

Parents keeps on bugging me to take the offer, while friends feel like i can stay and learn more to earn a lot higher salary in future which i have the same opinion. But i would like to have opinions from the experienced sifus here

Need recommendation for GC upgrade

As title, i require the help of sifus/masters/senseis to recommend me a GC that suits my budget .

Current system spec:
Processor: Core i5-2400
Mobo: P8Z68-V LX
GC: Asus Nvidia EN9800GT
RAM: 2x Kingmax DDR3 2GB
PSU: Seasonic S12II Bronze 620W
Monitor: Dell ips u2312hm

Looking for GC ~RM550, nvidia or ATI also ok (Zero knowledge on ATi GCs ). Currently playing D3, DN, SC2, BF3 and will play AC3 when it comes to PC version. Will require a GC that can run these games smooth in mid-high settings if possible .

Need advice on choosing new monitors

Hi guys, im planning on buying a new monitor but im not very knowledgeable on it. Plan to buy 23/24" monitors for gaming/movies but im not sure what model to choose as there are many. Budget will be around RM400~600

I heard Dell is a good choice but Samsung is not bad either? need some advice on choosing a monitor, thanks
