DIY Fix for GI Flashing Leaking

I've had this ongoing issue for the last 5 years where every year it would leak on the walls, I then proceed to apply silicon and it stops for awhile. But come next year it leaks again. So decided to try a more permanent fix using DRY flash. I applied the DRY flash over the existing GI flashing (double protection)

Timber strip Flooring repair

Hi

I was planning to repair/replace some timber strips on the floor. Any idea where can i purchase the loose pieces of the timber strip (12inch by 2inch) ? Most hardware shops don't seem to carry these
