This tiles producer had announced that they are going tohave a right issue
7 for 10 and ane WA for every 2 rights.
They want to issue it at indicative price of 1.00.
I think they have to push the share up to above 1.00.
The current price of0.74 is for too low .

Someone is buying the company at 0.95 but the price is not (yet) pushed to that price.
Maybe good to watch.

So Mr Anuar Bin Adam bought 30+% into Wijaya.
and there was another big block sold ~ 8%
if bought by the same person the MGO of 33% is triggered.

This Penang Based company like a few others had gone to sleep for last couple of years.
In Oct 2011 and Nov @011 the volume suddenly increased. in fact the last 2 months volume is higher than the last 2 years. 176 Mill was traded.
I suspected that someone ( not the current owner had collected more than 15% of the 138M shares available)
Why someone want this boring company who Rebuilt and Reconditioned Commercial Vehicles. for a very small profit.?
My wild imgination is that there are someone out there who are targeting this company for a takeover... ( very cheap lol)

Looking at the chart .. my tp: 0.90 by middle of next year
.
The short term tp: 0.445 for the next 50 trading days

I will surely buy some of this.. anyone joining me with my dream...

BERTAM had sold all their factories making kitchenware and now in two year had become a very successful property developer in Kota Damansara. They build bungalows there.

Their financial position had improved by leap and bounce.
Revenue from 39.7Mill to 60.27 Mil
Profit From 4.2 Mill to 15.2 Mil
Accumulated loss down from 61.5 Mill to 54.0 Mil
NTA: increase from 0.68 to 0.74
No of share issued PAR 1.00 at 206M

The TA look very good.

Did anyone know otherwise? Views and comments welcome....

I think it is a good business but difficult to sell.
Need a strong sales team.

There is a good technical sign that the price will jump soon
The current support is at 0.45 .
The first resistance is at 0.565 and the bigger resistance will be at 0.620 than bigger still at 0.65
I am bullish on this counter.

I had collected a few at 1.08 to 1.11 last week on technical ground.

The previous high is 1.25 and my initial TP : 1.21

Now that they are able to sell the child TIMECOM at a higher price (they only target for 0.48) than expected the directors management and the share holder must be very excited,,, giving the reason for TIME to move forward.
I expect it to challenge the NOV high of 0.57
