A budget A3 printer with CISS ink?

i am a interior designer, planning to get some freelance...
here i need will be a A 3 printer...

i know that using CISS will harm my printer, but i hav no $$ to buy so much ink and keep printing, i might bankrupt before i earn $$

I just want to know tat CISS with a good printer can provided good printing quality? how much is it? who can set up whole things for me

i am a degree holder of interior architect (means interior designer as well)
i hav intern around RM600 for 3months twice ( i sxhxi go do pratical training myself in year 2008)

now~ my company wish me to continue here, but just offering 1300-1500 (means 1400?)
well well, here the problems come, i use RM5xk education fee and 4 years expanses to study whole god damm course..
just wan me work for 1400??

my fren got RM1.8~2.5k, since fresh grad~

here i come~
is it interior film offering 1.5k for fresh degree ???
i just wonder thumbs for me

today i open my laptop, and i found tat, my laptop become like tis, anybody else know what problems is it
It's ASUS A8JN ( accompany me and fight for me for whole god damm education life,i dont wan to lose it just right after i graduated)

And research in lots of post between this few day...and special thx to Darksilver, his post help a lots and giving knowledge between post, Beside that, i am thx to the others people who willing to help me~

Previously, i need a Desktop with LCD which can help me a lots in doing Interior design work.
PRIMARY: Graphic Design(Photoshop), Rendering ( 3DsMax), Modeling ( Sketch Up, AutoCad)
SECONDARY: Music, Movies, Gaming like StarCraft2(Urltra Mode,1280x800)

Now, i have come out with my spec, and hoping Forum Pro help me to figure out how to reduce the price To BELOW 3k( taking any suggestion, and thx)

*Processor: Intel Core i7 860
*Motherboard: Asus P7B55D LE mobo
*RAM: Kingston 2gb DDR3-1333x2
*HDD: Samsung SpinPrint F3 750gb
*GPU: Palit 9800GT Green
*Casing: Normal, can use ok liao
*PSU: Power Plus 550w
*Optical Drive: Lite on DVD writer
*LCD: Samsung B2330H 23'' LCD Monitor

Hi, Currently i need a Desktop with LCD which can help me a lots in doing Interior design work.

I was open a thread before, but I did not buying any desktop after a deep consideration. But problems is coming out when My lap top was bluescreen since using Sketch up, Overheat since doing 3dsmax, most of the game cannot support.

Due to Burget problems, most probably getting this set in RM3k to RM4k (please show me the different from 3k pc and 4k pc);
Except item :
Mouse,
Keyboard

Not Any preference GC, CPU, Any good devices will be received.

p/s:
MOBO requirement : Available to upgrade the Accessories( CG,RAM...etc) in 3 ~ 5 Years
Speaker advised will be received which is not in the burget (i will buy it after i got $.$)
