I have a company with 2 of my partners and planning to leave my position as creative director which means no more salary. I'm also own 30% shares in the company.

My question is what are the benefit/roles/rights of becoming a silent partner? Does silent partner deserve to earn dividen/bonus etc?

I would like to know where can i get these spike pads the cheapest? I've searched at ebay but it costs a bomb like 8pieces for RM100.. I think these pads shouldn't cost more than RM50 or is it really that expensive?

I want to know where to buy a reasonable price but high quality speaker stand for my speakers. Where do you guys recommend? Do we need a branded speaker stand to improve our sound stage? Normally what's the average speaker stand price?

I bought a pair of bookshelf 24" stand at hiwaylaser for RM380.. Very2 good quality metal. The paint also very nice and its heavy. Recommended to anyone looking for speaker stand.
