Hi guys,

I think im having some problems here. It seems like i am never satisfy with 1 women... Ever since i broke up with my first girl friend, i have been practically sleeping around... even when now i have a steady gf, i am still doing that AND i am feeling really bad because of this.

Are there anyone out there who is experiencing similar problem? How can we overcome this? I really need to stop sleeping around and settle down.

Please help

Buying a old shoplot

Dear fellow lyners,

My dad and 2 of my other uncles (equally) own a 4 storey shoplot behind jusco maluri and they are intending to sell at RM1m. The shop is currently receiving monthly rental proceed of approximately 5K a month. The reason for sales is that all my dad and the uncles wanted to have some cash to invest in some other things.

Here comes my idea. Instead of selling it to someone else, i'm thinking of becoming the buyer myself. I have calculated that if i loan 840K, i would need to prepare RM4,108 for installment and this exclude all other expenses. However, looking at the steady rental proceed, i will have more than enough to cover the installment. Look good? But i have a problem, I'm afraid that i couldnt apply for a loan because of low margin of repayment and i'm earning approximately 3K (declare income) + i will have to face all the headache for renting out the premise at least for another 20 to 30 years ahead.

So People, if you were me, what would you do?
