hello~ i'm 159cm, 64kg~ gonna obese soon~

wanna seek a fastest way to gain healthy, fitting body

is those slimming center reliable?

coz they consult on what u should eat, they intro those direct sales dietary supplement

using sauna, and etc to help u lose those stubborn fats

i was planning to seek for their help but thought of joining fitness first~

kinda frustrated of being unable to breath freely now a days~

not like those time when i always did my sat curiculum activity~ working now has made me keep sitting, and eating~

cant avoid my boss and my family advice on eating~

coz they said it is ridiculous not to eat~ and believe me they eat ridiculous a lot~ cant avoid them~ so musy be a good girl and eat what they give~

sounds healthy to drink soup, eat lots of fish but 3-4 ikan kembung? too much?

what would be the best way? to not avoid their kindness and still have a healthy lifestyle~

hmm... do you always feel left out? always questioning is it because they are born to be slim, so that's the reason they are slim or actually there is a way?

what would be the only way to lose those fats, stay healthy, and be able to wear those nice and beautiful clothes that u brought?

The most horrible day in my life is that I do not know what to wear~ i browse through facebooks and it seems my gfs knows what to wear and what to do~
the problem of going to shopping with my mum or bf is that they cant stay there long enough for me to decide what i want~
the things i like they dont and when i brought them, eventually its not suitable for me~

i like japanese and eurpean style but the problem is~ i live in malaysia and non of it is possible for me to wear~
the fashion doesn't suit me is always my reply ~ then what does?

what kinda girl am i? some times childish~ some times mature~
some say mature suits me, some says childish~

confuse heart~

is there some one that could give me a very very good advise~

do you know why? let me lighten you up~

girls like me for instance~ never ever socialize~
and are starting to feel that it is time to do something about your looks and when you confort with your parents
they only know what they should wear and how they should dress~

but they don't know how to decide for you~ becoz there dont know what you should wear or what type and style you should change~
and what they told you is go out there and make more friends~ and by time~ your friends will tell you what to wear~

i noticed people with coloured hair would buy a type of shampoo, with rebonded hair will buy another type of shampoo, curly hair would buy another type of shampoo~
