Is it normal for HUKM to discharge patient

I understand that they need beds in the ward for other patients and have the rights to do so, but 4 days after a leg operation (bone fracture on the ankle & had 2 screws implants in the leg) ? sounds abit of a premature discharge in my opinion...

[Day 4 - After the operation]
> The officer from the ward told us that the patient can be discharged
- We explained that we will have difficulties to support patient's daily activities if the patient couldn't walk on their own as the patient is quite heavy (probably weighing around 110kg).

***we rejected to discharge the patient and asked for alternatives such as admitting the patient to a nursing home or rehab for at least the duration that patient could walk independently ***

[Day 5 - After the operation]
> A different housemen called asking when to pick up the patient for discharge
- We asked, if the patient could, already walk on their own. The response we got was just "dah boleh jalan, malan minum semua tak ada masalah". We asked a lil further if patient has no problem with her daily activities like shower or taking a piss, they said patient could just use a walking stick or wheelchair.
- We stressed on our concerns that patient could have the risk of falling if we discharge the patient and end up needs to have another surgery
- Went to HUKM the following day but patient's bed was missing, a patient nextdoor said she went for an x-ray due to some infection, waited hours until they pushed the patient back. No doctor in charged was around (as usual).

*** the following day, received a call from a medical officer and referred us to seek for HUKM's Kebajikan department for home nursing arrangement ***

[Day 7 - After the operation]
> Due to the infection, the patient had to go for another operation (could be due to patient's diabetes).
- Went to visit the patient, the patient was still bed ridden.
- HUKM said to discharge her today (wait.. what !?), told the nurses in the ward that we was informed by the home nursing center it is supposed to be the following week and they need a letter of approval from HUKM kebajikan in-order to take in the patient. The housemen then told us to wait while she prepare the letter and other documents

waited for about 2 hours ++....

- they're finally done with the document but still the discharge date was stated for Today and the nurses who passed us the documents have no clue on what's going on... We called their Kebajikan and they said patient is not suppose to be discharge today.
