hello there, can anyone explain to me about the details of micro gas turbine like in jaguar cx-75 and supercapcitor like in mazda6. after googling a while, i understand that combination of this hybrid technology suppose to make your car go fast at a lower fuel comsumption. and also allowing you to use almost any kind of fuel. if so,what are the factors that stoping the car maker from bringing in this kind of technology into the market?

i dont really understand, if the technology is right infront of us, and it seems to answer most of our question like fuel and speed. what stoping us then?

hello everyone, my name is azlan and i am currently doing MBA in some universities. my mom is giving me offer to do pilot licence (PPL and CPL) after i graduate from my MBA. so i ask around and they told me some of those who is doing ppl and cpl also doing things like mcse and ccna. so i was thinking,pilots have shift for their flights right,maybe during their break they work using those IT certs.
my questions would be where and how much for me to do pilots and IT certs here in Malaysia.then, if you ask me why do i study BBA and MBA in the first place? my answer would be, i could use my business knowledge to play around with my savings later on. maybe playing with properties or an investments,right?

hi there everyone,you can call me lan. i couldn't sleep last night so i decided to day dream my self and came up with this wonderful business idea: nasi lemak sedap 24 hours home delivery.just like pizza hut and 7-eleven. some of the value add would be variety of choices, healthy ( every thing less ), instant ( last long ),and also reasonable price. some of its complimentary product would be as such as teh tarik and dunhill merah. we can try one market area first such as putrajaya, and if it is selling good we can franchise it to other area. and if the business grow bigger, we could probably even public listed it at bursa.finally we can go global and penetrating other nations market by using halal certified as our main strategy. ohh yeah,the slogan would be "super kampung gone global".the only problem that i can think of regarding this business idea is where can i get the capital to start such business? bank loan maybe? how much would they lend?

Hello there,im lan and i dont know where to throw this idea.so i just post it on lowyat forum hoping for some feedbacks.the idea is to make ATM machine,cash deposits machine and check deposits in a vehicle. The target market of this services would be events and rural area.actually this idea is nothing new. I had done research on the net and this kind of services is ordinary in USA.just wondering why malaysia dont have anything like it yet. Maybe because of security issue. But there are several kind of security that we could implement in such service. Such as the multiple sequence finger print scanner instead of the ordinary pin number. Where you can used all five fingers with your own combinations of sequence. Then there are the SMS alert,security guard and CCTV. I think in the long run this kind of investment will pay off.then again,this is just a an idea.i dont know who would benefits it the most.the consumer or the banks.

questions regarding night market business

hello there, my name is azlan and i just graduated from a university with bachelor in business administration somewhere end of last year. until now i couldn't get any job at all. so i was thinking to do business instead. i choose night market as my preferred business simply because the rental for the lot is cheap and usually if you are selling good product, they sell like "goreng pisang". next, i was thinking what kind of product that i can sell that doesn't need a lot of capital. at first i was thinking about sport equipment, for example badminton shuttle or football boots. but then i got a better idea which is to provide a "bio therapy services" business. if you are wondering what bio therapy is, it's one of the way to medicate illness. but by using nature and animals such as insect. for example: leech therapy, bee venom therapy (used similarly to acupuncture) and fish therapy (where the small fish eats your dead skin in a pool).the reason why i want to do this is because its a service, does not need a lot of capital and it is something new to the market i think. i mean some people done it already but not commercialize enough, i think. my question is:

1)where can i get such courses so that i can get certificate saying i am qualified to medicate someone?

2) any business need license, what about business for medications, does it need any approval from the health ministry?

3)if you can provide me the steps of running such business and the do's and don't, it would be helpful to me.

i know to start and run such business would be a taxing job, but what business isn't.

sound weird, but a long time ago soldiers used to practice archery while riding a horse. but by cycling it would test your endurance and nerve even more. i don't know how exactly this going to work, my best guest is you have to be very good in riding a bicycle without any hands on the handle first. the best part of it is that it require someone to have stamina and a lot of focus to aim and race to the finish line. what you guys think about this? is there any possibility for this kind of sport to become popular?

hello,its me again from the i-motorhome crazy dream.i actually have another business idea which is not so crazy and much more fiesible i think.and the reason i wanted to share this idea with you guys is because im not too shure wether to go for it or not.it is about e-magazine or e-news focusing more on islamic subjects.the objectives of this magazine is to attract youth to get closser to their religion and to up-date everyone information regarding event or issues that is going on around the world which is relate to islam.the profit will come from adertising, past issues sales and monthly fee for some content in this e-magazine.however, i dont have the figures for total cost and sales & ravenue.i had ask around about my idea to some people and they want me to create a business plan so that they could understand better what i have in mind.so before i go any further and create a business plan, i need your opinion on this business idea.should i go for it or not?

hello,i just woke-up from my evening nap and got this fantastic idea. it's a luxury, green and smart caravan (actually it's more like a double decker bus convert to be a motorhome). it will do anything and everything for you from driving, office work to having leisure controlled by you via voice command.it uses A.I and supercomputer to deside what is best for you so you dont have too.it is powered by solar panel and windmill to recharge it's battery which in turn runs everything in the motorhome,including its engine.so you dont have to worry where is the next petrol station.it also comes with a smart phone which also act as a communication device between you and the motorhome when you are away from it.plus, there is a garage at the back where two superbike are stored,incase you're in that emergency situation where time is much more then gold but the traffic is just too heavy for you.basically it drive you back to your home town, have you meeting with the board of directors through video conferencing and cooked dinner for you all at the same time.i call it "i-motorhome.gets you there,in style...".so what you guys think?

hello every one, you can call me lan, im currently studying in some university doing business administration in final semester.the reason why i am posting this post is because i would like to get some feedback from you regarding my business idea. before i proceed with my idea maybe i should let you know about me and my father's background.
my father currently is working with the government but soon he is going to join the private sector which is amcorp group when he retired later next year. and i my self also will be joining him later.
okay, lets get things straight. the business that im into would have to do something with re-branding and advertisement. why do i choose to do this kind of business? you see, i have my own theory for that. as we all know to have a good business is to have a good idea. to create or generate a "wow" idea we could used creativity. and to speed-up the business turn over we learn in micro-economy to used technology such as information technology. hence, the word creative technology means fast cash to me. plus that with business administration you got something like re-branding and advertising company.
now, i told my father about this, and he said he had told some one from inside amcorp group and they are interested with my idea and want me to do some sort of analysis and maybe a business plan as well.

hello every one, my name is azlan and currently im studying in some Uni majoring in business administration. for my study this semester i have to come up with a product idea or service idea and get some one from the industry to buy my idea. not by cash, but by giving me job opportunity to work with them. my idea is to create a mobile ATM machine for events that going on anywhere. this idea is available already on some other country like US but very few in Malaysia, so far if im not mistaken only RHB is doing it. so my job is to add value to this service especially in enhancing the security side to compete with the already existing service. the problem with mobile ATM machine is that it used wireless network, so it is easy for some one to hack it. then because it is mobile, someone could just drive it away. so to overcome this problem i have split the security factors into three segments,namely they are ATM security, Vehicle security and network security.

for the ATM security, besides there is card and pin numbers, i was thinking to add bio-metric finger print and security guard.as for the vehicle im thinking of demobilizers system and also tracking devices which work hand-in-hand.and then for network security i was thinking something like SMS resits where if you received the resits when you did not do any transactions, you can block your account right away.

any suggestion? can we somehow make it better?
