I take train to work and everyday, there are a lot of people rushing here and rushing there. While the rushing is fine, I find that there are a few people who walk slowly and purposely get in your way. I think this is intentional because most of these people are fat. That's why I am starting to dislike fat people. Not all fat people but specifically fat people who take the train. To make things simple, here's why:

1) They'll slowly walk into the train when everyone is rushing in.
2) They'll slowly get off the train when everyone is rushing out.
3) They walk slowly towards the train.
4) When they get on the escalator, they'll stand on the right side and block everyone else.
5) If they even bother to walk up the escalator, they'll do it really slowly.
6) They will just walk into you when everyone squeezes down the stairs or up the escalator.

For now, that's all I want to rant about.

p.s I think fat people should look out for smaller sized people when walking so they can avoid smashing into them like a whale trying to jump through a circus loop. It's very much similar to cars looking out for motorcycles. While it doesn't sound fair that fat cars should look out for smaller motorcycles, THAT'S THE WAY IT IS!

Oh there are another bunch of people who always stand on the right side of the escalator. The foreigners!! Damn.

Anyone got these IEMs?

Wassup!
I need some advice/ideas from you guys.
I am currently shortlisting some IEMs to be purchased by the end of the year. The budget for the phones have not been set yet so I am opened to all sorts of IEMs except customs (too expensive ).

I really like bass and listen to LOADS of rock music and for me, the guitars are the most important (esp. the guitar solo parts because I'm a lead guitarist) but I also want to hear the drums and bass guitars. Not so much a fan of vocals so I might want a more musical IEM but not too sensitive because most rock albums are BADLY mastered so there might be siblance or hiss or whatever crap that can piss me off!

I have been doing tonnes of research and all that did was make me more confused and spoilt for choice.
So I think the best way of judging/deciding on an IEM is to get feedback from users since I don't think I will get the chance to audition all my listed IEMs.

Bear in mind that the "only" genre I listen to is ROCK be it heavy metal, trash metal, nu-metal, punk rock, alternative rock, post-grunge, progressive rock or avant-garde metal.

Here is a simple list of IEMs I am considering:
1) Westone UM2 or W3 (Both get really good reviews but I am not sure if I can live with ONLY over the ear IEMs)
2) UE Super.Fi 5 Pro/EB or Triple.Fi (Quite good too but sticks out of the ear too much)
3) Atrio M5 (Very Very interesting but looks like crap)
4) Denon C710 (Nearly as good as the Atrios from what I gathered but "hard" to find here)
5) Audio Technica CKS70 (Dubbed Turbine "Killers" on Head-Fi)
6) Shures (Don't think I'll go the s(h)ure way because they lack bass)
7) Sennheiser IE8

I have included some comments into the list and they are mostly about cosmetics because I only can judge based on how it looks and based on reviews.

Therefore, any of you guys own them? If you do, please let me know how it sounds with respect to my musical preference. I would really appreciate your help. I would also like to know if you are kind enough to meet up with me to let me have a quick listen to the IEM that you own so I can make a proper comparison.

Thanks and Cheers!

p/s: I am currently using some crappy Razer Moray IEMs because I was stupid enough to believe CNET and some jacko at Machines!

UPDATE:
Budget: MYR1500 - 1800
Source: Ipod Touch 3G
Amp: Fiio E5 (don't really want to use an amp since I'll be spending nearly 2k!! )
