Way not to overspend?

Often ppl says that one of the way not to overspend your salary, is to find yourself a commitment. In other way, a commitment that will in long term or perhaps short term could yield you some reward or maybe preventing you from overspending and end up with nothing..

however, I am kinda unsure as to what kind of commitment.. or investment available in malaysia particularly that could enable me to do so..

help and advices would be appreciated

Insurance plan as investment

I often heard from people about the importance of having an insurance etc.

and some even said is like a long term investment/saving etc.

I wanna some opinion on this matter... and how is the idea of choosing insurance plan like those endowment one as a mean of investment?

Memo from CEO to Manager:

Today at 11 o’clock there will be total eclipse of the sun. This is when the sun disappears behind the moon for two minutes. As this is something that cannot be seen every day , time will be allowed for employees to view the eclipse in the parking lot. Staff should meet in the lot at ten to eleven , when I will deliver a short speech introducing the eclipse, and giving some background information . Safety goggles will be made available at a small cost.

Memo from Manager to Department Head:

Today at 10 to 11, all staff should meet in the car park. This will be followed by a total eclipse of the sun, which will appear for two minutes. For a moderate cost this will be made safe with goggles. The CEO will deliver a short speech beforehand to give us all some information. This is not something that can be seen everyday.

Memo from Department Head to Floor Manager:

The CEO will today deliver a short speech to make the sun disappear for two minutes in the form of an eclipse. This is something that cannot be seen every day, so staff will meet in the car park at 10 or 11. This will be safe, if you pay a moderate cost.

Memo from Manager to supervisor:

10 to 11 staff are to go to the car park , where the CEO will eclipse the sun for two minutes. This doesn’t happen every day. It will be safe, and as usual it will cost you.

Memo from Supervisor to staff:

Some staff will go to the car park today to see the CEO disappear. It is a pity this doesn’t happen everyday.

Alright the story is like this...

I had known this girl for like 3/4 years already from working in a parttime job until now me and her graduated from university and currently working, she is in the business field and I am from the Scientific research field...clearly we both have different background and thinking..

most of the time we are both busy, but we still talk and chat about stuff like daily happenings, or just any funny stuff that had occur to me and her, sort of like sharing of our daily life together on msn. As we both are not in the same state, we seldom got chance to meet.

beginning was like normal friendly chat, but as time past I beginning to feel like chatting and telling her my daily life and listening to her daily life story have become a habit already. Somehow I can't go one day now without listening to her telling me of her daily life, even just some mundane or boring activities like what she ate today, I will feel happy as long as she share it with me...

We sometimes also hang out together but not so often... even yes also in a group, only few times just we together me and her, I truly enjoy every single moment of it. Making her laugh, listening to her story...seeing her smile, comforting her.

nowadays she is having a training in her company and after all those training there will be exam.. so she is kinda busy studying. So i told her not to online instead so that she could concentrate on her study to which she did, and now I am super missing her mode...

yup!

I know, I think I have feeling for her... so I intend to confess to her about how i feel, and see how it goes later, right after she is done with her exam. I am not much of a romantic guy or an aggressive type that whenever I have a slight feel for a person, will straight away make my move.

I just wanted some advises from you all here, can two person from totally different background of education as in different field of study got chance being together? And is it from my description above, are we just normal friendship or there is chance for me being her ' the one'

The question is... during courtship or inside a relationship nowadays...

which gender will spend more? guy or gal?

due to the fact that the difference between guy and a girl in financial wise is no longer so significant...

so i am curious about whether who will spend more?

i personally think that... no matter you are guy or gal.... the one who loves more will eventually spend more money on your other half

The bride tells her husband

prison' and call my private thing 'the prisoner'. So what we do is: put the
prisoner in the prison.

Afterwards, the guy is lying face up on the bed, smiling with satisfaction.

Nudging him, his bride giggles, "Honey the prisoner seems to have escaped."

Turning on his side, he smiles. "Then we will have to re-imprison him."

After the second time they spent, the guy reaches for his cigarettes but
the girl, thoroughly enjoying the new experience of making love, gives him
a suggestive smile, "Honey, the prisoner is out again!"

The man rises to the occasion, but with the unsteady legs of a recently
born foal.

Afterwards, he lays back on the bed, totally exhausted.

She nudges him and says, "Honey, the prisoner escaped again."

Limply turning his head, He YELLS at her, "Hey, its not a life sentence,
OKAY!

One day there was a pregnant women who was about to go into labor with 3 children.

Her husband didn't want to be any part of this so he decided to leave her and took the car.

So she had to walk to the hospital all by herself. All of a sudden she came to a dark alley and of course she went through it and all of a sudden a man pops out and shoots her in the stomach.

When she got to the hospital she was ok and the babies were fine as well.

16 years later

16 years later the first child who was a girl came to the mother and said "mom mom guess what?"

"What?"

I pissed out a bullet.

So the mother told her what happened 16 years ago.

Then the second born child who was also a girl came to her mother and said "mom mom guess what I pissed out a bullet."

So the mom told her what happend 16 years ago.

Then the 3rd born child came in who was a boy said "mom mom guess what?"

The mom said "let me guess you pissed out a bullet."

"No i was jacking off and i shot the dog!"

GRE-Graduate Record Examination

I am planning to take a GRE test, but got no lead and info to what is it all about...

from my current understanding, is a test to assess how competence a graduated student to further his study into msc or phd level.

I would like to know from anyone of you all here, who had taken before or even got info about it about...

1) For example if I am in science field of chemistry, how the assessment will be like?

2) What kind of preparations are needed? Like do I need to study certain text books etc.

3) or any other extra info would be good enough from me....
