Hey guys i was wondering if there was a way to subscribing to iValue 1 w/o getting the phone, cause i already have the phone but i just want the plan. is it possible?

Car window is sticky on the inside

Recently i got into an accident and i sent my car for repair, when i got it back the passenger side window front and back were both very sticky, i don't know what happened but i think the film was removed or something? do you guys know how to fix this? thanks
