Saw another thread on the /K/ extension and someone suggested to use Tampermonkey to bypass
but how do i do the same for AllMangaReader extension...

[Help] Purchasing property from agent

Hopefully some of the gurus here can shed some light to my doubts here.

I'm trying to purchase a property from an agent which I saw was under an agency which I might say trustworthy.
But upon agreeing to the purchase of the property, the agent came with another agent ('friend of hers') to sign the agreement and paying the 3% of property.
My concerns is that the OTHER agent is under another agency company which was owned by he himself on terms that if I wanna buy that property at a lower price, they would have to use this private company instead of the initial agent's company.

Is it still safe to issue the cheque to that company at all?

anyone knows where can I check for radiation level in our bodies (as in is it still safe to give birth)?
