One of my kids car seat has it sponges disintegrated. Is it posible to replace the padding like people do with do with sofa set?
Where can do that?
Kinda wasted if can't do that since the structure and the fabric is still prestine.

Can anyone elaborate what happen if we do early settlement of housing loan?
Do the bank recalculate back the interest or the interest burned and we just pay the exact remaining principal?

those helmets look the same. maybe there are more brands.. idk
as far as i know magnum and sgv is in different quality group with apollo and ms88.
magnum is probably a bell magnum knock off.
and there's 3 button and more expensive 5 buttons
can anyone advice me on those helmets? looking for one for short ride.

Reducing Home Loan

Hi .. I'm planning to withdraw my EPF this year and pay my CIMB syariah home loan so I can reduce the loan duration. However my wife insist me to use it for renovation.
Let say I go with my wife plan and wait for other 5 years to pay will there be any difference in the interest?

glass disposal

After the renovation of my house I have two sliding door and window glasses which I forgot to dispose in rero tank because it was put at the back of my house. Any idea how can dispose them now? The aluminium fram was ripped off and stolen. One of them is broken and now it might hurt someone.
