Hi mummies,

Just wondering if any of you experience changing milk for your little one. As I been giving cow formula milk since she was few days old and recently I got a Goat Formula Milk sample from Baby expo, she kind of like it and ask me if she can continue taking the goat milk.

So far I didn't see any negative reaction after consume the goat milk yet my greatest concern was the Goat Milk price as it cost around RM99/can of 900g. I need around 4-5cans per month. Which price are among the major issue beside that the current growing up milk were up to 10months supply. If change, I need to resale it.

Can give your kind opinion on this matter.

Benefit of mask still effective if over used

Hai everyone,

Does the mask will hv any side effect if i use it more then recommended time such as 10-15min or 15-20min but i fall a sleep then up to 1hour.

Anyone can help me out? As this few day i use a hydrating mask, not sleeping mask but then i only wash it after 1hour later then my pimple pop out a day after.

Anyone can advise?
