Laptop rating = (cpu model × cpu speed × gpu model × vram × ram x hdd × ssd × os )/ ( price ) / 1 000 000 000

If no value just assign 1 for simplicity.

Example

Asus rog g751jt = 4710 x 2.5 x 970 x 3 x 8 x 1000 x 128 x 8.1 ) / ( 5499 )

= 51.68389
