Engine won't start up - Vios 05

Hi guys! Just wanna ask n share some experience on my vios 05.
Remember few month bck around March, after like normal day driving to office, after finnish work when i plan to go home, i was unable to start my car, i was shock, coz everythings seems ok, fuel still half tank, no warning light appears on my meter panel prev. So i call up my foreman, he cm n chk, he also hv no idea about it, so he just reset the ecu by unplug the batt connector for 5 mins, then everythings works fine bck, he got mention mayb my batt quite old dy need to be replaced, so on tat day itself i straight away go change it and i assume tat is the batt problem.
So here comes today after for 3-4 month, this problems occurs again, i was unable to start my car, i try did wat the prev foreman do and everythings works fine bck.
I really curious about tis matter, does anybody face tis kind of problem...?? Or do u guys hv any solution or ideas to share about it.....

Ipod Touch 4 Charging Problem

I hv just encounter tis problem today. My ipod can't charge thru wall plug, i try use the wall plug to charge my external power pack it seems fine, n if i use the wall plug ubs cable to plug into my comp n charge it also seems fine. Nw the weird things is all things seems working, but i unable to charge my ipod thru wall plug, it won't respond. Prev i've been using tis wall plug to charge my ipod during travel. So do any1 encounter tis kind of problem..??

Laptop auto power on when adapter is ON

Hi guys!
I got this problem on Acer laptop, when u plug in the adapter n switch on the plug, the laptop will auto turn on itself.
So the problem i facing now is tat everytime it auto turn on, all the setting will bck to default, means i need to re-set bck the clock n date settings.
Any of u guys hv any idea y it would happens..?? n wats the cause of it..??

Details of the complaint :

10/07/09: I was searching for ram n came across tis seller who selling the ram tat i needed, so i PM asking for best $$ for 2pcs. He reply ask for fast deal, sms to 0129324236, total RM70 for 2pcs.
11/07/09: Ok, so i decide to buy from him n ask for acc details. I sms him ask wheather he can send out the item 2day or not, only i will transfer the $$ to him. So he reply me say OK.
12/07/09: I PM him asking for tracking code. He say he nvr send out coz post office close on saturday, but i've gone to post office tat day to send out 1 of my buyer item.
13/07/09: I try to sms him lotsa time, no reply from him at all.
14/07/09: Finally he pick up, he say he ask his brother to send out the item to me d, n will update me later with the tracking code.
15/07/09: No news at all. I try call n sms lotsa times.
16/07/09: I've PM him tat if can't post my item pls do refund bck my money.
17-18/07/09: No news at all. I hv send a msg to him say tat if he still din't reply me, i gonna take it as CON case d.
19/07/09: Suddenly a PM from him, he say tat he basketball league laa, brother nvr send out item laa, hp hilang laa... n say will send out the item on 2morow by himself. Okk, for last time, i trusted him again, i give him time to send out the item, mayb he really got problem. I also send him a PM stated tat if on wenesday i still din't receive the item, i gonna put tis matter on Trade Zone Helpdesk & Dispute Resolution Corner, coz been waiting for so many days d.
20-21/07/09: I pm him ask wheather send out the item d...?? No news at all from him.
22/07/09: Just manage to call him up n he pick up, i ask him did you send out the item d, he say he send out tis morning(he suppose to send the item at least on tuesday, but 2day is wenesday d, break promise again), i ask him y nvr send me the tracking code, he say he lost my hp no., then i ask him how n where u send my item to.. (since he say lost my hp no.), he say he got salin down my address but nvr write down my hp. no. .

So u guys think i should still trust tis guy anymore...???
He like giving losta story n alasan not to send out my item, i really feel dissapointed n regret dealing with him.
Very unresponable n unserious seller.
What so difficult just to send out a item..?? If can't make it, then just cancel deal laa, refund the $$ bck to me.
At least update me on status or just send a sms to inform me rite....
