Can we put higher Selling Price on S&P?

Hi guys. Would like to ask for opinions. It's normal that a buyer wants to quote higher buying price in S&P? His reason is to get higher bank loan for the house renovation. I am selling my house and the buyer want to quote 20k to 30k higher than agreed price. My agent says it's not a problem, as the agent fee is still based on the actual transaction price and I need not pay any tax as bought the house 10 years ago. Thanks

MALACCA: A local council president here was arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Com-mission (MACC) for allegedly demanding sexual favours from a woman in return for approving a permit to run an asam pedas shop.

The council president, in his 40s, was arrested on Tuesday after the woman lodged a police report in Seremban recently.

He has since been released on bail pending investigations.

It is learnt that the woman in her 30s, who is said to be married with children, became pregnant following the sexual tryst two months ago.

Sources revealed that the official had forced the woman to undergo an abortion a couple of weeks ago and paid for the procedure.

MACC director of investigations Mustafar Ali said in Shah Alam that investigations were ongoing.

However, he refused to reveal further details.

Sources said that MACC was also checking with the particular clinic where the abortion was said to have been conducted.

They added that the woman had provided the MACC her personal items as evidence of the sexual encounters.

These are to be sent for DNA analysis.

It was also learnt that several other people were expected to be called up for questioning before the investigations wrapped up.

Meanwhile, Malacca Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam confirmed that he had been informed of the investigations.

“We are leaving it to the commission to carry out its investigations,” he told reporters after opening the Tourism Information Centre at Gerbang Melaka in Ayer Keroh yesterday.

Asked if the state would take its own action against the official concerned, Mohd Ali said the state would not do so yet as investigations were still ongoing.
