How To Share Streamyx Broadband Through Wireless?

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Business Package
Location: Kota Kinabalu
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: No. The operator is a nutjob anyway.

Personal equipment HP PC Desktop, Windows XP SP2, No wireless card + Acer Aspire 4937, Windows Vista, 802.11 WLAN
Modem: Billion 1port ADSL Router from Streamyx
Router: ???
Firewall used: zone alarmsecurity suite

Problem description:

Here's the thing I am currently subscribing to the 'normal' Business package streamyx broadband for my shop office which primarily runs on my old HP Desktop PC. (The PC is an 'old' one running with Windows XP SP2 and no wireless card what so ever). But I wanted to share my internet connection with my other notebook, a newer Aspire 4937 which by the way runs on Vista and got its own WLAN.

I know for sure I need an additional wireless card to be installed on my old PC so that WLAN can be established between both of my equipments but I have no idea how to share the internet from there and now because one thing confuses me;

The router provided by the ISP company was in fact NOT a wireless router. So can wireless internet sharing can still be established given the circumstances? If yes how am I to achieve that?

Please help. Advice are most welcome and many thanks in advance.
