Hi guys,

So i am in my late 20s and am planning to purchase a health insurance for a piece of mind.

I am pretty new to insurances and am on the look out to sign up for one asap. Not keen in any investment linked plans etc.

Anyone has any plans that you would recommend me to look into ? I do have a few friends who are dealing with insurance and if i was to approach them, they would be pestering me to sign up for an investment plan etc which is currently not my focus.

I am looking for a coverage of around RM500,000. Is that sufficient ?

Secondly, which insurance company is easy to deal with when it comes to making claims etc ?

What other things should i look for while purchasing a plan.

* I am currently covered under my companies insurance package but would need to have one personally for a piece of mind.

So I am looking forward in selling my used Tag Heuer Carrera CV2A10ba that I purchased brand new in 2014.

As seen in the picture, since it was used often, there are scratches on the bracelet along other wear and tear marks.

The watch has never been serviced, bracelet has never been polished too.

I am asking for RM9,500 but the price is negotiable.

I still do have the original international guarantee card but I can't locate the receipt.

Reason for sale: After a long time, I have decided to upgrade my watch.

Im facing a problem with my ipod nano 6th gen as my volume button (+) is stuck therefore i cant increase the volume. Called up Apple and the staff told me that i could send my iPod for repair to a 3rd party shop as the warranty for my device has expired. Any recommended shops ? I did PM one of the forumers here but he only repairs iphones and ipads at the moment.

Greetings guys,

i have just completed my Foundation in Business in Taylors University. I was geared in doing my Bachelor of Applied Finance ( by UniSa) but things have gotten slightly complicated now. Taylors have brought in 3 new degree's by UWE( University of West England) which is known as a Dual Award Program. The degrees that are offered by UWE are acc and finance, finance and banking, and finance and economics.

My question is which would be a better degree for me to persue in, Bachelor of Applied Finance by Unisa or Bachelors of Finance and Banking by UWE ? Which will secure me a better job and brings more benefits when compared to the other ? Upon graduating, i will wish to join the banking industry ( Most probably Investment Banking). I did speak to a few of my lecturers and they said that both degree are catered for my career. So which is a better choice ?

I have decided to post up my workout journal here just to keep track of my progress and receive some advice from you guys.

How I started bodybuilding

It all started in the year 2010 after my SPM examinations. I didnt know how to spend my holidays wisely so decided to sign up at a gym and start training. I just love the passion of bodybuilding. Bodybuilding to me is more of a passion and a lifestyle rather then calling it a sport. Bodybuilding has also helped me to be a more disciplined person in my life. In this sport, if one pushes his self far enough, he will succeed.

The way how i stay motivated in this sport is by watching motivtional bodybuilding videos, talking with guys that are experienced in this field and reading up on articles.
