Request sifu who can help me to solve the problem

Hey guys, currently a Proton Savvy's original engine being change to Toyota Engine which is 1300cc and it is imported from Japan, subsequently the problem being occurred as stated below:-
1. Meter of km/h cannot function
2. Millage cannot function
I hope that all sifu from lowyat forum can help me solve the problem.
