livmall.com --> Is it a scam like dyuemall.com?

Have anyone heard of this livmall.com? I paid RM10,080.00 to join and they gave us back some of the lousy china made electrical items that claimed to be worth RM8K. She said they will increase the price after they launch the new version. Kiasu lor.. then faster join lor.. Mana tau, they reduce the package price attract more lower incomer to join. @$^^&()()%$%^

And they claimed they provided the e-shop platform. My friend told me she earn back her capital upon joining after 3 months. All that we need to do is to promote the items in the website and sell it off through facebook. And slowly move our customers to the livmall.com link. And we will be having the regular customers there.

Ok, i have knocked my head on the wall and i realized that i have been deceived to join it. My friend doesn't earn back her capital thru selling the items there. But thru recruit members to join. F#*K!!! She didn't tell me that. And she didn't even earn much herself through selling the items. If i want to recruit people, better as well i join MLM company lahhh... better and reputable company... i don't even know it will be gone or not... and lately after doing some googling.. they said this livmall.com was used to be dyuemall.com which already closed down. Is it true?? Too many people claiming back their money and they need to close down?

I feel so stupid by paying RM10K to help them sell the products and also help them promote their website? i also dunno why i was so blur that time. They claimed that they provide the e-platform,payment gateway, all the support stuffs.. everything also need to be more than RM10K. Sighh.. my mistake for trusting a FRIEND!

Do you think i can lodge a complain at the Consumer Tribunal? Will i ever win the case?

I am having problem with my bf of 5 years. It is a long distance relationship. We plan to get married this year. We have bought the wedding bands. Both parents know our plan.

I am staying with my two elderly parents. My bro is working in overseas. Left me to take care of them. The problem is, once i get married, i will need to move to state A and live with my husband. But i cant leave my parents behind. They are very old now. My future husband knows my problem. I did ask him how about my parents, he said bring them along once we get married. But his plan is , only bring them along after i have settled down in state A. But i wanna bring them with me as soon as i get married. My future husband thinks i am being selfish. Am i? I feel so sad. He didnt agree with me and now he doesnt wanna answer my calls nor sms. This is his style of dealing with problems. He always goes missing whenever we quarrel. But he will calm down after 3 days or so.

So, am i selfish? I only think about myself? I dont care about him? am i? I am confused.

I really need help from expert to advice us what else we can do to help my brother. He is involved in transfer his ex-company's money into his own account. But he has paid back to the company. But now the police want to charge him. We would like to appeal for a lower sentence and please for the mercy of the judge. We are getting several friends to write a testimonial letters for my brother. I wonder what else we can do besides the testimonial letter? My brother is very remorseful on the incident and we hope he is given a second chance.

Dear Sir,

I am John’s younger sister. My family members consist of my father (71 years old), mother (65 years old), elder sister (33 years old), Brother John (John) and myself (29 years old).

My brother is someone that I admire and respect. He is a man of great integrity, is extremely dedicated to his family and work. He is someone we can count on in the family. In addition to support our parents, Brother John managed to put himself through college without asking for help. He is a problem solver and insightful business entrepreneur. He started his business with his hard-earned money.

Brother John is also a very filial son. He never stops sending money home every month for my elderly parents. He will come home almost every month to visit us. He calls regularly to make sure everyone is fine at home. Last August ’09, my mother was diagnosed with gallstones, he was so worried that he rushed home to check on my mother. Being the only son, he works really hard so that he can provide a better living for us. He always wanted to buy a house for the family as our current live-in house (squatter) will be demolished soon.
