Good morning sifus, im first time buyer and applied for ambank house loan. I want to contact bank today but its weekends so i thought i try to ask here. I check my AmBank account today and i have outstanding ballance of 64k and due date is dec 5th. My loan is full flexi, i bought a condo unit at penang last month and its still currently developing will be finished by 2021. So do i need to worry about the due date for outstanding rm64k balance? Or it just reached certain stages which i have to start to pay commitment and interest rate for the rm64k? Please help me sifus out there as i am new to this. Reply much appreciated 🙏

Im getting married very soon but my fiance shes from PRC.
I need some guide on what documents i need and what to do.

The documents that i have in hand from her side.
- Certificate of No Marriage Registration Records
- Single status verify from PRC and Malaysia Embassy (Chop)
- Translated copy to both chinese and english
- Passport

Is there anything else i need or missing?
Her birth certificate is on the way, but im not sure if birth certificate need to be chop from China and Malaysian embassy or not.
And i heard something about Red Ribbon? What is Red Ribbon?
I tried to call directly to JPN but they are already closed and need to wait until weekdays.
Please help me out, thank you very much in advance guys...
