Job Description
• Responsible for daily accounts recording functions
• Assist in overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records meticulous, data detail conscious and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• prepare full set of financial statements and monthly management reports.
• Responsible for inventory control
• Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records
• Ensure monthly report are timely and accurate
• Monitor weekly cash flow, petty cash & maintain fixed asset register.Assist in general accounting function and duties.
• To liaise with external auditors, tax Agents and external parties.
•GST / tax issues

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Required skill(s): , Microsoft word, MS Excel.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (preferred)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

or forget about both, concentrate on Dex?

want to ask how to craft gems that's > star qualities, my current jeweller level only allow me to craft until star quality

but i saw in AH there's flawless star, perfect until radiant

Company income tax: 6% gov tax - deductible?

Hi all
our company paid 6% gov tax on forwarding bills for imported containers.

since this 6% is also government tax, can i deduct this amount from company yearly tax computations? the amount also paid to gov...

please advise

WTA: iphone connected to internet automatically?

i just got my iphone 4 on 18th Aug and had a bill shock when i saw pay as you use digi internet on my bill.
i disable the 3g network and use internet when there's wifi

i dont understand why i was charged, thus i call up digi. they say iphone is a smart phone and it is automatically connected to internet even though im not using internet

im surprise to the see bill that charges is billed every single hour. pening

any advice? how to turn off the internet connection, digi advise me to turn off the internet from their side, i wont be able to receive mms then

UBS ACCOUNTING

HELLO, I'm a new bie of UBS here
would like to know if anyone can lend some helping hand on this:

how to post a bill (receive from suppliers) into UBS accounting?
i couldn't find any buttons to post accounting, that's why when i enter payment in the bank, my creditors bill cannot be knocked off

im using Sage UBS 9.5

please help....
