Hi guys,

I've decided to buy a cross trainer. I have narrowed down to two of this,
which is Johnson's Andes 3 or NordicTrack E9ZL.
One is from the Johnson outlet and the other one in Fitness Concept outlet.

I hope anyone here can inform me about:

1)Pros and cons, the quality between Johnson's Andes 3 and NordicTrack E9ZL, , and which one is better.
Would be appreciated if anyone who owns the exact cross trainer give some input.

2)their after service from Johnson and Fitness Concept.
3) Is there any other cross trainers that you can suggest in the price range of RM 3K to RM3.5K?

I know that LC is "panas" a bit, so i'm planning to fix motorbike alarm.

a)Is there any good brand of bike alarm that you guys can suggest?
b)Any specific criteria that i should look for in a bike alarm?
c) Price?
d)How about two way alarms?
e) Any recommended bike shops in Puchong or PJ?

Good evening to all the sifus here.

I am a bit confused here, maybe you guys can help me out here.

I'm targetting my upper chest only, so i thought that i should target more on inclined bench press. But yesterday,
one of my friend told me that incline will target the lower chest and decline will target the upper chest.

So, i'm a bit confused here. So, can anyone clarify which position targets the upper muscle?

hi guys,

i'm planning to purchase a bike next month...but now i'm thinking whether to buy LC 135 or the Nouvo LC.

Any suggestion, which one is better?

1) the Price between both is almost same, so price is not a problem.
2) i'm not into racing, but just want to go to work in style oni.
3) hows the petrol comsumption between them? which one is better?
4) how bout overall maintenance?
5) how bout spare parts? is it easy to get?

do give me other info as much as possible between those two bikes. thank you.
