Need advise on ah long.

Earlier this month i need to borrow 1.5k to settle some outstanding payment. At first I dunno this is ah long due I found this person thru the internet. I have borrow b4 from some online money lender and not much issue happened. But for this it's different. At first I borrow 2k and he say borrow 2k get 1.4k. Since that time I abit desperate I agree with the payment. It's repayment is 2 week time with 1 week 1k. I was able to clear the first week but the following week I have abit of trouble getting the money since my salary was out late. But I still manage to pay on the same day but abit late. Then this guy was enrage say I late payment. Even after I pay the 1k he say I was late payment and raise it to a 14k interest. I was ridicule by that and try reason with him.. That's how I know he was a ah long due to him keep threatening me. He say I need to pay that said 14 2 days later or more interest will grow. After that I saw some forum say Ppim can help me on this and I go to find them but they just accept the 14k interest raise on 1 day and call me to prepare the amount to repay them. I want to ask is there any other way to settle this? From a 2k to 14k is ridiculous and I didn't late by 1 day. It was just few hour. Anyone can help me?
