The company claims to have been in business for the past 8 years . They are very responsive to all my inquiry. And they do seem to know what they are talking about . The reason I&#39;m posting is , Now i have approved the design and they have done their final measurement the company is asking for full payment even before the work has started . When i asked why they need the full payment , he said that the money (very small amount ) paid during the fair was considered to be the down payment/First booking <!--emo&:hmm:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='hmm.gif' /><!--endemo--> This sound to be very strange to me that they want the full payment even before cutting a piece of wood <!--emo&:stars:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxub.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxub.gif' /><!--endemo--> .
