Ever heard of a bone marrow specialty restaurant?

Hi guys!

I remember once reading a review in The Star about this shop which specializes in serving bone marrow stew or something like that. I've been trying to locate that article/shop, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. Does this sound familiar to any one?

I remember the article said that:

The cutlery they give you was odd. Not the knife/spoon/fork, but a straw, a long spoon or something like that. Definitely mention of a straw to suck the marrow out.
The pot of broth has been kept cooking ever since they began operations.
I remember it being Chinese cuisine, so I don't think it's a sup tulang/gearbox variant.
The picture of the stew in that article was black-ish.

Do you remember this article or do you know a shop that fits this description?
