Hello, I have a question regarding which Design Pattern to use. Below is the scenario:

An admin is responsible for creating Tenants, where admins are going input the details, and there are two types of tenant (prepaid and postpaid). here is the code,

In this scenario should I use builder instead of factory where there are plenty of parameters ?

Hi, recently I have encountered this problem where my laptop display screen divided into 6 parts, like picture shown below:

May I know what's the malfunctioning part? I've tried searching it on Google, but seems like I can't find a working solution.
After a few times of restarting, it goes fine and then like few minutes of searching the web it hangs and I have to restart.

1.30 PM : Nasi lemak with chicken or Nasi pattaya
