my asrock z77e itx board dieded already last week (no more waranty). since then i hvnt been able to get replacement for it.
I dun want to get larger atx or matx board because of that i need to change the case too.

do you guys know where i could get the LGA 1155 ITX board (with sata3)? worst case i hv to upgrade my rig, but no budget

guys, my fridge compressor is broken now. I will buy a new fridge, but i dunno wat to do with the broken one.

I dunno how to dispose this huge appliance. is there someplace where i can trade in the (broken) fridge? I dont have transportation to deliver it anywhere since i stay in a condo.

Laptop cant boot

First problem starts with bootmgr missing.
Then my bro try to repair with win 7 in bootable ext hdd
in the middle of repairing, laptop suddenly shut down.
Then try to turn on couple times cannot do.
previously without AC adapter. But after plugged in AC adapter, the laptop can turned on, but strangely it can goes up until win 7 loading screen.
Suddenly it turned off again.
then try to turned it on but get strange behavior.
Bios wont show up. It just black screen after turned on.
Pressed all kind of key/button combination cannot work.
laptop HDD activity indicator didnt blink. I assume it failed when power on self test.
i disassemble the laptop to reset the cmos battery. Swap the RAM, check the HDD data cable connection... looks okay.
Get everything together again, and turn it on. cool, can show the MB logo screen but cant access the BIOS. (i think freeze in the MB logo screen where have the label like press key F8 or F10 to enter BIOS).
I hard restart the laptop. Then here comes again the black screen after turn on the laptop

any idea what happened?

gaming ring 2.5k need advise

hi guys

i want to build a gaming rig for 2.5k top with monitor but without HDD(i have spare hdd).

my friend suggested me this build but it is over budget about RM170+

CPU : i5 2500k with any CPU cooler
Mobo : MSI P67A-GD65
GC : Msi GTX560Ti
RAM : kingston 4GBx2
PSU : FSP HExa 500w <--- i dont really know if this PSU is sufficient
DVD : anything cheapest
case : CM Elite 430
Monitor : still looking which is around RM200 (18-20inch), anyone can suggest me?

total is about RM2670+
Btw when i look at another similar threads, this build is the most common for the 2.5k gaming rig

later he said that this build is good if i want to overclock and it can survive for long run usage (OC, add another 560 for SLI, and change the PSU ). However i know nothing about OCing. The game i play most of them are really heavy such as BF3, Skyrim, NFSRun, and possibly Anno 2070(when it comes out)

So can you guys give me another build which can save $$ more but still has the same performance as the build above without OC? or is the build above really worth the costs?
