problem with my printer

i hav problem with my printer.. i tried connect to my pc and but it doesnt detect somehow... already tried with 3 PC still no small icon on window...
on the printer page, my printer status is IDLE. does anyone know how to change the status from IDLE to normal status.
btw anyone know wheres the location to rma the hp printer?

this is what i already tried :

-change printer cable
-uninstall driver and reinstall back
-use other pc/laptop
-priter able to print demo page

keyboard problem

i have weird problem with my keyboard ,somehow i cant press (Up+Left+Z+D)
when playing some games i really need tat keys
i can press Up+Left+Z+all other lettters in keyboard except 'D'
is there a way to unlock it?
btw anyone using this same keyboard have same problem?
