PC keep restart ing

My pc keep on restarting n sometimes hang wen restarting in BIOS...any advise?

Beside, i also found dis msg in BIOS....

USB drive cant write or copy

Hi.... i m using company IBM desktop which i need to login with my username and PW everytime i use it.
Previously i still can access my usb drive and copy and read those my files. But ytd suddenly my pc cant detect it and today it can detect d after i ask a IT tech to help install me drive, but cant write or access.

everything i try to copy file or save file in my drive (USB) is show the disk is write protected. So i try with another pc, tot will be different. But end up still same.

Any idea i can overwrite this so that i can access n save files in to my usb drive?

hie all.... i need some advise here for MF622 modem.
Currently i jus bought it from u-mobile. but i m using it for celcom broadband..
wat happened is when i connected to pc but it cant auto install d driver. Does it means that the modem itself doesnt contain the celcom's dial up software? how can i make sure my modem can work with celcom broadband??

my purpose is very clear only, want to the modem to be connect to celcom broadband. thats all..pls help!!!

hie all.. i hv a prob here....
here is d prob ...everytime after i switch off my pc n main power..... n den next time i open my pc again, it show CNOS default error... so i hv to go in CMOS there n reset my clock n date.... den restart n go into window...

after i swtich off my pc n main power, again... i restart.. same thing show again

if i din switch off my main switch.... dis prob will no show... tell me how...

my system is intel 1.6Ghz...
Bios is Phoneix D688 Bios 048001913

i m using gigabyte mobo RZ series model 8VM533M-RZ
chipset is VIA P4M266A/P4M533

in the user manual, it stated dat it supports DDR 266/ DDR 200 DIMM...izzit dat mean i hv to use ram wif 266 or 200?

actually now i m using 2 DDR ram wic is
1. 256mb 333Mhz DDR PC2700 DIMM CL2.5
2. 512mb PC3200 CL3 184-pin DIMM

does this 2 compatible to my MOBO? experts, plz advice...
